A different approach to scheduling

All scheduling is done in 20 minute increments with a maximum appointment duration of 80 minutes. The base price is $45 per 20 minute increment PLUS SALES TAX (no tax with written referral from medical provider).

Most clients will get all the care they need in 40 and 60 minute appointment lengths (for follow-ups—intakes take a little longer). Some will only need 20 minutes for follow-up appointments where a little tune-up or maintenance is required. Others, with more complex issues or old injuries will require longer appointments; at least early on in their care. New client appointments are required to be a minimum of 1 hour and include 20 minutes free of charge to allow time for health history review, assessment, AND treatment.

Packages and subscriptions are available to reduce costs and are sold as a total number of “Minutes of Service”—to be used in ANY combination of appointment lengths. This allows for significant flexibility in how the packages are used. Rather than committing to a set number of sessions at a set length, the client and therapist can work together to determine the most efficient use of time over the course of treatments. This may result in a greater total number of appointments for the same price. Furthermore, package and subscription minutes may be shared with anyone! Gift certificate options are automatically included with any purchase.

For example: a 400 minute package could be used for ten 40 minute appointments. OR it could be used for three 60 minute appointments, three 40 minute appointments, and five 20 minute ‘tune-ups’. OR it could be used for three 80 minute appointments and four 40 minute appointments. Mix and match based on you and your family’s/friends’ evolving needs! Subscriptions function just the same for scheduling and the minutes roll-over month to month in an accumulating total.

Payment plans allow for a burst of treatment sessions over a short period of time with the flexibility to pay it off over time. Payment plans are intended to increase access to care for those who have a more urgent need for my services and are also in a cash-flow crunch. There are minimal service fees added to the total cost.
