Pricing Breakdown

*All prices listed are PRE-TAX prices. State and local sales taxes totaling 8.125% will be added to the final price. UNLESS client has a written referral from a medical provider, in which case taxes will not be added and minutes will not be transferable to others. If you will be providing a written referral from a medical provider, please choose the “WITH prescription for therapy” appointment types.

All appointments are scheduled in 20-minute increments with a maximum appointment duration of 80 minutes.

All package and subscription-based Minutes of Service may be used in ANY combination of 20-minute increments!

A valid credit card is required to schedule appointments online. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged. To schedule without a credit card, please contact me.

Base price: $45 per 20 minute increment.

RPR Group Class: $50 per attendee (no tax, prepayment is required).

Packages:

Package minutes expire 1 year from date of purchase. Minutes may be used in any combination of appointment lengths and shared with family and friends, simply share your code for them to use while scheduling.

300 Minutes of Service: $600 ($75 Savings, $40.00 per 20 minutes)

400 Minutes of Service: $800 ($100 Savings, $40.00 per 20 minutes)

600 Minutes of Service: $1150 ($200 Savings, $38.33 per 20 minutes)

Monthly Subscriptions:

Unused minutes DO roll-over to the next month and accumulate. Minutes may be shared with family and friends, simply share your code for them to use while scheduling. Unused minutes will expire 90 days after cancellation of subscription. No enrollment fee, no cancellation fee, no long-term commitment—cancel at any time. No refunds.

60 Minutes of Service per month: $125 ($10 monthly savings, $41.67 per 20 minutes)

80 Minutes of Service per month: $160 ($20 monthly savings, $40.00 per 20 minutes)

120 Minutes of Service per month: $240 ($30 monthly savings, $40.00 per 20 minutes)

160 Minutes of Service per month: $320 ($40 monthly savings, $40.00 per 20 minutes)

Payment Plans:

Payment plans allow for a burst of treatment sessions over a short period of time with the flexibility to pay it off over time. Payment plans are intended to increase access to care for those who have a more urgent need for services and are also in a cash-flow crunch. A financial agreement will be signed in office during the first appointment. Minutes are not transferable. Unused/unneeded minutes WILL count towards final payoff amount at full value (after all used minutes have been paid for). Service fee is non-refundable. Missed payments will result in cancellation of future appointments until payment is received. Non-payment will be sent out for collections.

The same sales tax rules apply: if you have a written referral, no tax; otherwise sales tax of 8.125% will be added to the prices listed below (including service fee).

300 Minutes of Service Payment Plan: $135 today and $113 per month for next 5 months (total of 6 monthly payments, includes $25 non-refundable service fee). $700 total cost ($46.67 per 20 minutes).

600 Minutes of Service Payment Plan: $135 today and $113 per month for 11 months (total of 12 monthly payments, includes $28 non-refundable service fee). $1378 total cost ($45.93 per 20 minutes).
